To book for Christmas, please select the day and timeslot you wish to visit from the calendar below. Your timeslot is both your arrival time and Grotto entry time, you can arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your Grotto entry time, to collect your tickets and make your way straight to the Grotto, no earlier than that though please
You must book a ticket for everyone who wants to visit, adults included. To visit Father Christmas in his Grotto, you must purchase a ticket according to your child’s age:
- Child age 3 – 12 years with present
- Child age 1 – 2 years with present
- Child age under 1 with present
Children who do not wish to visit Father Christmas must be booked under an Adult ticket. If you don't book a Grotto Present ticket, you will not be allowed through the Grotto.
NO VOUCHERS, DISCOUNTS OR OFFERS ARE ELIGIBLE TO BE USED AT THIS EVENT.
Season Ticket Holders must book ahead of time too and can access Members Only tickets by logging in to their online membership portal.
Ticket Terms & Conditions
Purchased tickets are only eligible for use on the date booked and BSM reserves the right to ask for ID or accompanying paperwork to verify age and/or carer status. Date changes will incur a £5 admin charge and should be requested over the phone, however we cannot guarantee any such changes can be made. Purchased tickets are not eligible for a refund unless BSM is forced to close. No refunds will be given if BSM is forced to switch a Steam Train for Diesel Service on any given day. No dogs (Except Service Dogs) are allowed on any part of the site.

When you buy a ticket to Bressingham Steam Museum that includes a voluntary donation, you can choose to support the museum further through Gift Aid. If you’re a UK taxpayer and opt in, the entire ticket price (including the donation element) can be treated as a donation, allowing the museum to claim an extra 25p from the government for every £1 at no additional cost to you.
